Based on my experience, it might be better to use 2FA verification to withdraw because I think it is less safe when using email verification withdraw and less time consuming.
Poloniex for example, although I've been using 2FA but to withdraw the verification still be sent to the email address. and sometimes when I click on the link provided directly by poloniex it's straight to "withdrawal successful", not infrequently also when I click the link, the poloniex asked me to log in again.
Did not it a bit confusing? maybe this time I liked bittrex, so instant type the code 2FA and withdraw immediately successful.  ;D

I will give a recommendation that there should be in the exchanger is as follows:

Here are some ideas, I hope some of them would get implemented :D :

1. have a button or drop-down option to list only coins you have a balance in
2. have an option to hide low volume/zero traffic coins
3. have an option to selectively hide pairings or certain coins
4. the ability to make multiple buy offers utilizing the same reserves of BTC or other coins
5. new web design (Some brighter background and logo more visible)
6. Automatic orders. Example: I place an order to buy 500 "ABC coin" at 800 satoshi, and when the order is complete (fully or partially?) automatic order to sell for 840 satoshi is placed. With the 'repeat' option, so it can go on and on.
7. GIVEAWAYS tab.
8. total portfolio value, in BTC by default, but with option to change to different currency. If possible a small indicator of daily change would be nice (ie green arrow up + "5%" next to it would indicate that total portfolio increased by 5% compared to 24 hours ago)

why not make some thing like index percentage on balanced but with color that indicate the coins is up or down and giving warn if our balance prize is 50% down or 100% up :) hahaha
