Title: bitcoin-24.com question Post by: BreakCoin on June 30, 2014, 05:33:31 PM hi bitcoin world
one question I want to test bitcoin-24.com I send via sofortuberweisung money to my bitcoin-24.com acc around 60 euros when I log-in into my account my account balance is also correct around 60 euros but how I can buy now bitcoins? I have already experience with kraken.com but I can't understand how bitcoin-24.com works. I'm on the main page and there is left SELL BITCOINS and on the right BUY BITCOINS I want to buy with all the 60 euros bitcoins. on the right side there is a field with B for bitcoin and € for euro in the middle a X what the hell I must put in to buy with my 60 euros bitcoins? I put 1 in the B field and 60 in the euro field. then the system tells me my order was put succesfully to the market Open Orders Date Type Amount Price Total Status Cancel 2014-06-30 17:26:40 BUY 1.00000000 60.00000 € 60.00000€ my account balance in euro is now 0 euro and bitcoin als 0 whats the mistake? regards Title: Re: bitcoin-24.com question Post by: trace666 on June 30, 2014, 06:39:20 PM Looks like you are proposing to buy 1 BTC for 60 EUR.
I think the market price is higher than that... Title: Re: bitcoin-24.com question Post by: BreakCoin on June 30, 2014, 06:46:35 PM yeah seems so but I can't let the field B for bitcoin empty
So what I must put in in the both fields of BUY BITCOIN? :( Title: Re: bitcoin-24.com question Post by: trace666 on June 30, 2014, 06:59:06 PM You need to put in the amount of Bitcoin you want to get for your 60 EUR.
This will be based on the market price of the exchange. Example: Current market price is EUR 450 for 1 BTC. Then 60 EUR will buy you 0.1333 BTC. So you would put 0.1333 BTC / 60 EUR if you are willing to buy at EUR 450. You can put any price you want, if it is higher or equal than the current market price, the trade will be executed. other question: sofortüberweisung disabled?! crazy ... Title: Re: bitcoin-24.com question Post by: angelomar on July 07, 2014, 10:31:04 AM Beware! www.bitcoin-24.com is not safe! I used it last year, and after some months it started having problems (both tecnica and administrative) so the owners shut it down.
Since then, I sent many email (abount ten in 2013) and never got a reply. Many forums arose to support those who have been tricked. (here, one forum and one thread:http://bitcoin24-support.boards.net/thread/86/mailing-25-year-btc24-relaunches) Now (july 2014) i found the service back online, but none of my previous accounts is working. More: the new company (Bit Revolution Limited) said with some email to other users it has nothing to do with prevoius owners, but the new company is still owned by previous owner (Simon Hausdorf). Hence? www.bitcoin-24.com is not safe as long they do not refund back in money or bitcoins their previous users. How do they expect to be considered reliable if once they blocked money, bitcoins and never gave answer and explanations??? As long I will not receive answer, I warn you, bitcoin-24.com is a fraud, and since is back, I suppose it will be even bigger. My opinion is: "Do not trust bitcoin-24.com".
