= aprx 600$ each: above market value for the day of the auction

No matter the price, The winner will create new service using the bidded 30,000 BTC, a good cauce, which will help the development of bitcoin industry.

if he sale them right now, he'll make 1500000 USD immediately  :)

Well, the price would drop as each bunch of 20 or more would be sold, so by the time he's sold 2k of them the price would be below auction price (minus the 200k entry fee) he would lose out big time. MAybe Im exagerating, and it depends on the volume of the day but it would go something like that.
Anyway, he wants to channel them into companies so I think we;re safe. I just hope the losing bidders get buying fever and spend all that unspent fiat on BTC on the exchanges :) gogogo!
