Title: any interest in an Apple Macintosh LC or LCII or IIsi? Post by: tonto on March 06, 2012, 05:33:10 AM After years of collecting dust, I'm starting to go through my old crap and realizing I need to get rid of stuff.
I don't even know if either of them work yet (no time to fire 'em up at the moment), but if there was interest, I'd try to get them started and see what's on them. If they don't boot I could sell as-is, although the most likely culprit for non-booting those old machines would be a dead CMOS battery. My IIsi, if I remember right, had A/UX (Apple Unix) running on it, although I don't have those installers anymore. heck I don't even know if I remember the root password. :) I have a few other older Mac stuff, too, but just need to dig them out and see. |
