Thank you for your interest thus far. It seems there are plenty of questions/concerns regarding an escrow.

We are genuinely considering the use of an escrow service. If there is a "third-party" (not a fan) that can handle the transfer of RW for BTC at launch please contact us. Our most common transaction size will be 50 mBTC and we want to keep our transaction costs to a minimum (under 5 percent).

Depending on what options are made available to us the use of an escrow will likely increase the purchase price of each share. We will see after the options have been made available to us. In the meantime, you can still participate and purchase shares through the system we have in place currently.


We are allocating 10/200 shares to pre launch bounties. If you have services you would like to offer, please email us (not message us through the BCT PM system). This allows us to answer multiple requests in a timely fashion without having to wait 360 seconds per post.

Hey,

Would you implement something similar to what the Minerals coin did to avoid big farms and multipools reaping all your coins from the start just to dump all of them the next day? What they did is limit the hashrate per user, and their coin could only be mined on their pool during the PoW stage. They didn't release the wallet until PoS stage to avoid solo mining.

It resulted in Minerals having 25 GHs at the start compared to 100 GHs for other recent coins, even really shitty ones such as Hodorcoin, which proves that 75% of the miners are professional dumpers, big farms or multipools targeting new coins for a quick buck and not caring at all about the project.

It also resulted in Minerals being well spread, with a high price and large volumes on exchanges (100 btc+ in a few days).

Mmmm that's weird, first time I've seen a user with that error. Are you sure it's not a false alarm?.
The server I'm using is a Linux distro setup from scratch, no viruses, no spambots, nothing on it.
Do you have another computer available and see if the error replicates?.

Really, why are you against escrow?  I'm 100% sure with escrow you sell all shares, but without it, with price at 1000 sat, it is too high. If price per share is 25 mBTC it is a lot better, and safer. Think about it, or give us escrow.

We adjusted the pricing to reflect user sentiment regarding risk to reward. We have decided to scale back our original development budget and take donations in RedWire when the ICO funds are paid out to fund things like the website, multipool, marketing etc.

We placed a call out for an escrow agent, however many will not serve share purchases of the original size (without a fee we find unacceptable). So we have re tailored our funding plan to adjust for the added trust that needs to be placed in us when making an investment.

Wow! Very understandable concerns...

First off.. we have no affiliation with any other project or "known scam". We see (through some very good investigative work) that we are being identified as being the scammer who ripped people off with MorCoin. I just took a look at the link that was provided and can see where some parallels can be drawn. Understandable.  However this is not us and our project has productive goals, not a goal to rip off our community.

Calling it now. RedWire is SHITCOIN for sure, and as a side bet I predict the TOR anon feature doesn't actually work and will be "in development" just as soon as they get your BTC.

I just created an account and got "account created", then when logging in it doesn't log in? double checked and recreated account with same info and it tells me my email is already used? so I know it recognized the account creation but just sits there at log in screen after I enter user/pass. Ok.
