I want to start my own mining pool, so i can mine together with a lot of friends, and share the reward, how can i do this? Is there any guide i can use? You can set a fee and anyone who connect to your p2pool instance will be charged that fee. They simply need to point their miners at your p2pool node with their payment address as the username and payments (minus fee) will go directly to them and fees directly to your address.
