Hmmm... 5 millis is $3, not $30 :)
So not that much.
In top tier countries (USA and most of Europe) this can be achieved very quickly.

Unfortunately, these kind of apps are unacceptable on iOS (damn Apple).

0.00500000 that will be 3 bucks, 0.05000000 that is 5 mills (millions) so 30 bucks! You have to edit your post & say 500k instead of 5 mills!

Sorry for the confusion, I said 5 millis as in 5 milli bitcoins (5 mBTC) which are 0.005 :)

Not really, but I guess it depends on your location.
What I see is some apps that give you 90k Satoshis and some as low as 10k or even lower.
Start with the big payers first and go down as you go

What sort of apps do we have to download and install? Only games from large software companies, or also obscure unknown ones? I am a tad worried about installing malware that could somehow compromise my phone.

Well, you're downloading ads. Who usually has the budget to advertise their apps? Mostly big known companies.
I'm pretty sure that the offer walls (or faucets as it's called in the app) operators are making sure not to put malware on there.
Anyway, you can always choose what to download and what not.

I've used free offer apps before with little success, but this one seems to pay off (atleast in the screenshots :P) I'll be sure to download it and atleast give it a try

I downloaded the highest paying app (Castle Clash) Played it for like 3 minutes. Checked back on the app, incomplete. Uninstalled it, reinstalled it, played it more, still incomplete. I haven't been paid for the app yet, and I haven't tried any others yet.

Actually - you don't even have to play it to get your credits.
I tried it (on the first Bitcoin Faucet) and got credited in 2 minutes.
I will contact the page operator for clarification (you can do the same).

Actually i start use this app a day ago
but, i can't find Cashout! button, only Faucet #1 - Faucet #4 & Invite Friends (Bonus!)
or it's just my phone (i'm use latest version)

I have same problem, even in some app. I Have download, instal and play for a minutes, but it still incomplete. Please help me, what I have to do?

Usually the credit is immediate, but sometimes it takes a while until the credit is applied - since the advertiser might send the info in bulks even after 2-3 hours.
If you've waited enough and still don't see it, press the support button (or question mark icon) in the faucet's page to request the faucet's operator help on that. Usually that fixes the problem.
If you still have any problems, make sure you email us (you have our email in the app's page on Google Play).

can I install the program in some emulator for example bluestack?

The only faucet that actually have any offers is faucet #2, and it's noy every time i get credited either :(

So basically...I download a bunch of pay to win adware/malware onto my phone and get paid a couple pennies for it? That doesn't really seem worth it.

Is there location restrictions or some bugs because it's not working?
