I dunno, when I look at hardware I would expect to see more general hardware stuff. Like the watercooling thread, new backplanes, motherboards, cheap miner builds. Instead its almost all GPU threads (13+) vs 6/7 for FPGA. It's to be expected since gpus are so important to mining, but maybe thats just another argument for a forum just about them. Then as the FPGA activity increases, make one for those too. Just seems more logical that way.
