I signed up and received an email stating:
"Thank you for signing up for the Windows Developer Program for IoT.  We’ll let you know when your kit has shipped."

Tips welcome! Thanks!

Gave it a try! Thanks for the link. I look forward to giving the new intel a try. Wonder how they select who receives one however.

Did you have to respond to an e-mail from them with your address or did they get it from you when you first signed up?

I do not know how to program. Can I run windows on it, or this is a raspberry pi thing?

Cool thanks for the info.  Now I just need to learn to program, doh! ;D  These seem to be more like an Arduino than a Pi, am I wrong?

Nope. They haven't answered yet, and I don't have much hope they will. One more box for the old "box room" can't hurt.

Got a few of these on the way. Heard a rumour that these are US only?
What chance have I got of seeing mine delivered in the UK?

I never received a shipping email so I'm guessing I didn't qualify? At least you're one step ahead of me.
