Last time I had full hashrate was on 14JUL!!! After that the miners have been completely offline for several days! Most of the time 50%-75% of the mining power was missing! Currently over 50%. Andy has been trying to be helpful but Jack doesn't even reply to my skype-/personal-messages. I'm losing lots of BTC!

Jack told me today there are some power problems at the farm and they will be fixed very soon.

Now all my miners are offline, except one. When will the problem be fixed?

I feel like the sketchiness for this whole service is just way too damn high :/

Jack just updated me today, that by tomorrow the farm should be fixed!
As compensation for lost mining time, he will offer 2 months FREE hosting for the ones who had problems with their miners.

Sure, the 100MH machine is based on pre-order only, it takes 2-3 weeks for the machine to be ready (depends how busy the factory is)
You must pay 50% upfront when you order, and the rest 50% when your machine is ready for shipping.

Might be good to post the pictures here too instead of only through pm.

And do you have testresults for the usage at the wall already?

Ok, compiled the latest cgminer from git just fine, enable the HRO device support.
Much less HW errors, and runs smoother.

Any update on the pictures?
