Title: Adf.ly
Post by: onlinepro on July 07, 2014, 10:48:15 PM
Anyone here uses adf.ly?
How much clicks you get? What is your cpm?
Can you give me some tips to get more clicks?
It is sad we aren't allowed to post adf.ly links there. But I understand it because then people would spam them there and it would suck.

This is my current situation:

well if you want to earn much then you have to earn only bitcoin the earning from ad.fly is not enough to be rich or to buy something else.. so ad.fly.. just time wasting ..

Is there anything like adfly that pays with Bitcoin?
It should pay at least as much as adfly and it should have good reputation, is there any?
If not then I have to just buy bitcoins with the dollars I earn but it is slower and there is some fees too, so I would like to get paid with Bitcoins.

I have over 5$ now. So I can make +10$ in month...
My cpm is now down to 1.36$ because I used banner ads couple times.
My advice is if you don't get like 50k click for all of you links or more, don't use banner adds because they pay almost 7 times lower, and they didn't even get more click than regular links :-[

How much they pay?
Also everyone here who uses adfly, go to adfly forum and search for bitcoin and comment on those threads, more people tell them to take bitcoin to payment option, more likely we will get it!

Don't expect too much from it.

Seems like a lot of hassle just for a few $$$, you would get more money just working a few hours in a minimum wage job.

This is too much work for too little money. You can get a better paying job (minimum wage) pretty much anywhere.

So that rounds to around <$0.70 CPM? Why not just use adf.ly's $3+ CPM and convert to bitcoins? Sounds easier and more effective to me.

Yeah, that is true since CPM and CPI are the same thing in this situation.
I get only 1.5$ CPM with adf.ly because my traffic is from low CPM country but it is still almost double.

I am an expert with this shit. I stopped PPC along time ago, it is well not worth it, unless you run a big site or YouTube channel. Try PPD or PPI or something else.

I do use them.
But I have made more than 400 posts this month so I it doesn't matter how much more time I put in it.
Because I'm on the max limit already. Actually I have gave them 20 free posts already.

I'm scared for the future of the campaign though. I see EVERYBODY with the signature now. How can Stunna keep up and keep paying people like 0.3-0.4BTC per person? That's insane.

Actually it is very easy in my country.
All I have to do is fill one form at one website and send my money from paypall to their bank account and I will have my coins in couple hours.
I have bought all my coins from there so I know it is very easy, I will have my coins in three hours if I do it in daytime.

There is a big  effect of advertising on the PrimeDice. They make enough to be able to pay that high, but there is a big chance that those numbers will get even lower in future. But TBH 400 posts means 400 ads, and there are big chances that they get new users from that, i'm sure that at least 10 people gambled on PD clicking from my signature.

For the record: are we talking about "pay-walling" actual content here or merely tricking adfly with purely generated clicks (by yourself)? It does, after all, come down to the content you're linking and hiding behind that wall and where you put it. If you don't have a really high frequented site or content I doubt It'll pay off very well, though...

Yeah, but what does that accomplish for the person visiting that link? The key to success is to hide something interesting behind the advertisement. That's the reason why many streaming websites or websites that feature an index of streaming services, use those ads to make money.

Exactly, there needs to be a reason someone is willingly to go through an adfly link. Something like a download link will do it.

This is probably true.

As new members start joining, in increasing speed (Just look at the statistics), it will make those who have large amounts of signatures become likely targets for clicks, meaning that Stunna will probably be able to keep up with it.

And a lot of people have been botting and getting reported (And banned), so that may be the great equalizer in signature campaigns, is that people bot, and then they get banned.

If you don't have a really high frequented site or content I doubt It'll pay off very well, though...

I'm not sure what you said but if I shrink bitcointalk.org and then share that link and someone clicks it he will see dd and after that go to bitcointalk.org and I get paid for that.

Yeah, but what does that accomplish for the person visiting that link? The key to success is to hide something interesting behind the advertisement. That's the reason why many streaming websites or websites that feature an index of streaming services, use those ads to make money.

it's crap ads for crap money, you don't get fancy retargeting/keywords etc
