Caixa Econômica Federal is Brazil’s second largest bank, fourth largest by assets and the second largest government-owned financial institution in Latin America.

these idiots should work with bitcoin and not with another clone  ???

This is odd: A "government-owned" Latin America bank offering services for a Canadian altcoin?

This is bullshit!

It is based on http://www.caixaeconomicafederal.net, a messy website not from the entity it proclaims to be with news that are only a few days old. The correct site would be: http://www.caixa.gov.br/ according to wikipedia. The latter has nothing on bitcoin.

How good is cointelegraph at checking their sources really?
