Could be spectators refreshing 100 times per second.

Could be people repeatedly checking to see if their coins have arrived yet so they can sell those puppies now.

(I'm still holding---I have never failed to regret selling my bitcoins.)

Is there BTW a rule how often bots should poll the API maximum?
