Willing to do small exchanges I WILL GO FIRST since i am not trusted on here yet i just need BTC!

Hey I just want to give you a heads up that Chase is very hostile against bitcoin. Quickpay method is also as reversible as paypal, even after the funds have cleared into your account. Deal with someone very reputable for this payment method. If you look on LBC, there is not a single deal that accepts Chase Quickpay for this very reason.

Well damn is there a way i can keep it from reverting or call them to confirm it is me making the transfer.

The last thing you want to do is call them about it, as it will just prompt more investigation. I meant to say that it's a huge risk for the btc seller to accept your Chase Quickpay because you can easily reverse it. But it's also risky for you paying with chase, because they close accounts that deal with bitcoins.
