This would seem to pose as an easier way of giving rep. People with a 'different shade of green' would be considered as more trust-able.As the amount of approvals grow, the approve button will be highlighted a different shade of green. I end up liking the ideas at first, then hating it. Many seem to alter how they interact with others -- not so much in a positive way as you may imagine.
