Paid him 50% upfront and he uploaded to my server and thought all was well and good, continuted to pay the 50% remaining as agreed. Next couple of days, I had a play around and what he actually uploaded was a pile of crap. Not what I was expecting at all, not what we agreed. Next day, I asked him for a refund, to which he quickly agreed and deleted the website from my server. I've been waiting weeks for a refund but still nothing. After repeatedly asking for a refund, he's not complied, so it comes to this. I'm now left with no website and no BTC... I see he is selling MPOS pools and exchange sites on here too. He's wanting me to add this SKYPE chat on here for some reason, so I will, for shits and giggles. Bear in mind, is before I realised what he'd installed. www.website.com is my domain.
