What do you think is an appropriate bounty for such a task?
How shall we choose the winning design?
Motion or static banners? Animated .gif? Flash banner?

These banners, if chosen, would be available to all Latium users. This could be a great chance to show off your design skills while earning a Latium bounty.

I suggest you hire someone to make you professional design of the website, logo, and banners...
I am resilient to be using your marketing graphics and create my own. But in the end the user will be directed to your website, which...needs a redesign to look more professional. 
You would get more conversions this way.

actually just changing your logo to a better one will make the whole site look better.

one more suggestion is to get rid of the yellow/orange theme completely.
