Most sig campaigns require Full member. I for one, believe that sale of accounts should not be allowed regardless of the reason. Since this is not going to happen, I also second the thought around having some kind of a table drawn up for a ballpark figure of what each account type should fetch in terms of BTC. Maybe some table along the lines of what user bitcoininformation does for signature campaigns. This will allow prospective sellers and buyers to check their worth and trade them if necessary. I do believe BCT should include an option to show that an account has been purchased just to keep potential scammers at bay. Just my 2 satoshi! ;D
