Title: Mobile BTC marketplace??
Post by: Bittter on July 11, 2014, 01:46:47 PM
Hi everyone. Heard that a big company in crypto community (can't say names, sorry) is announcing a new mobile BTC marketplace.

We will be able to buy and sell our personal things  ( I guess only legal, not new silk road))) with BTC just from our phones. I guess that is a new big step for our community.

Do you think that is a good idea?

Why would it be a bad idea? Though it;'s hardly revolutionary. You can probily already list stuff quite easily on your mobile on whatever site it is. The only bitcoin market I'm familiar with is cryptothrift so I'm assuming it's that, but I'm not neccesarily beliving this unless you give us any more info or a source.

both. www.secureae.com (click log in to see nxt client running in it) supports all nxt features and is completely safe as all accounts are accessed locally ie. passphrase never gets sent to sever anywhere or database etc and transactions are signed locally. the site can be used on mobile or on laptop.

nxt client is only desktop/laptop. but that site means mobile can be used safely.

All of them including cryptothrift are not really popular yet and are only in web. Do you think there is no necessity in a good mobile app? won't you use it?
