Are you familiar with Gmail and Docs? If that doesn't work for you, we can figure something out! I try to avoid google weherever i can, so i haven't used gdocs yet, but that should not be the problem. How many hours do you think it'd take? Depends on your learning pace, and what you want to know. It'll probably be a couple of different sessions on a couple of different days. I could even send you some lessons for you to do on your own, and just email me with questions, so that we don't have to actually "meet" at a special time, since my schedule is very inconvenient.
