I think you will need to include more for shipping.  and an additional fee as a transaction fee also. .015btc will barely cover the cost of the bottle. I assume that you are trying to get someone to purchase it and ship it. is that correct? Or are you trying to find someone that just happens to have a bottle laying around that they want to sell?

Either one of those, as long as it is unused, I don't really need it, it is just fun to have.

Ooooh, I see what went wrong here. You get 1 spray bottle which has multiple sprays. ;) So yes, you can spray with it multiple times.
