Cointerra is currently charging $3500 plus around $140 for ground shipping in the USA (1-6 Days). I will sell used terraminer IVs for 3.5 bitcoin delivered (by ground) in the USA. International shipping we would have to work something else out. They are from the feb/mar/april shipments of cointerras and perform between 1.4 and 1.65. You may be able to tune them better than I did but that is where they perform with just firmware updates. If you have access to 208/220V, I will throw in the cords and the power bar for every three you buy (you cannot put more than three of these on one 220V 30amp plug). We all know these things will never mine 4.6BTC each (I imagine that is why you are selling) so it makes little sense for anyone to give you 4.6BTC each for them.
