What is the  big deal with zombies now-a-days? Zombie movies are rarely entertaining and people that truly believe there will be a zombie apocalypse must be high on meth.

To answer you question, no zombie apocalypse will happen so no need to worry what currency we will use.

alot of people wont have power or internet so how can you use bitcoin?
plus zombies will have eaten all the miners in the world because they would refuse to leave their mining rigs behind and we all know if you stay in one area you die in a zombie apocalypse.

They use to say that about the internet in the early nineties and look what happened! Zombies are real man and they will be using bitcoin!

I think that Zombie brains will have evolved by then and the Zombie scientists will find a way to get the internet working again because Zombies need porn too.

This doesn't make much sense.

If you stay in one area, you eventually kill all the "local" zombies.  Those are the ones that will search every dwelling and eventually find you.

The "wandering" zombies will pass through your area and not locate your fortified bunker.  It is much safer to stay in one place then to wander yourself.

You should be more worried about losing your freedoms, losing your gun rights, martial Law, etc, and less worried about zombies. I believe bitcoin was put in place as a virtual gold, bc the USA has a limited supply, and no longer can manipulate it and its value. Hoard your btc, bc they are undervalued, and will play a huge role in future economy.

Don't be so sure. Did you hear about mind controlling fungus that attacks ants?
Imagine something like that mutating due to some chemicals or radiation.

Ha ;D Yeah, this isn't offtopic discussion when you're talking about bitcoin! I'm really wondering how everyone likes to watch zombie movies and somehow hopes for a real zombie apocalypse to emerge. I mean, it's gruesome, you most likely won't survive, your friends either. So, what's the point. No zombie apocalypse! They're worse than the winter!

This is an important and relevant topic that needs to be discussed in order to hopefully repel and possibly defeat the zombies, So you can either go back into the basement and hide or get out here and fight with the adults ok?

From what I could see we are now discussing ways to repel zombies and valid strategy to survive. But what about post Apocalypse world? I think it would be no place for electronics there... so sadly, no bitcoin either.
