No, I don't believe you did.  Our policy is, quite simply, that any content which is legal in the US is permissible on our network.  You cited the part about irc daemons; those aren't content.  An ircd is a service, tied to a protocol, and has nothing to do with content.

Just make sure you check customers out before giving them access to your network.

I appreciate your advice, although I'm not sure we have the luxury of 'checking customers out'.  Probing and asking invasive questions of your potential clientele is likely a deterrent to developing long lasting business relationships, not to mention that the Internet is very anonymous by it's nature.  However I'm interested to hear your perspective.  I'll PM you about that momentarily.  Thanks again for your input.
