The reason i need paypal is not only that it is linked with paypal, but i have forgotten my pin number for the card so i can't withdraw money. - get all Paypal email addresses from mndrix that he knows are honest - get all OTC rating incorporated into the exchange - get all people having very good forum reputation (from the honest members thread) - get all people from bitcoinmarket who use Paypal and are honest We could alter bitmarket to only accept Paypal from these people - and then the sellers would feel comfortable selling for Paypal, because they would know the buyers are verified. Either that or in order to use Paypal on bitmarket as a buyer you would have to get verified (phonecall, activation code or something similar). Of course, I don't think this is possible for the simple reason that mndrix and bitcoinmarket are not in a position to disclose such information. But in theory, this could yield in a big OTC portal where Paypal and its chargebacks would not be an issue. Also, we would introduce a rating system. Title: Re: A place where they trade using PayPal?
