Im looking for 0.3btc loan, got nothing in collateral hence why i need a loan lol. If you have collateral such as LTC, XPM, VTC, DRK I can loan you 0.3BTC. No collateral = no loan. why would any company offer a refund or replacement if they send to a country they know the laser is prohibited in. They wouldn't. And I mention company because you said it was an offer by the company who sold them and posted them out.
