The original info: Quote time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration activity = min(time * 14, posts) I don't know how much further you can dumb it down... Anyway, count the number of 2-week periods since your registration during which you have posted on the forum. Multiply that number by 14. Remember this value. Now, look at your post count. You can only get a max of 14 points every two week period. The next two week period starts on next Tuesday and then you can get another 14 points.
