I am looking for websites that accept bitcoins. Directly I'm looking for sites that contain lists of websites which accept bitcoins. Example of such website is: https://spendbitcoins.com/places but that website isn't well, because there are many sites that don't have any connection with bitcoins. I am a private investor and I want to invest in some good companies. I want to spend my bitcoins buying online. And you can join there (put yourself on a list) for free (I think). So you may see a big search engine launch soon with only bitcoin merchants and also tied to verification process to make sure each merchant is legit in their industry and region, licensed with the various states and such. A huge trust factor play to push forth BTC. The group was interested in it being non-profit and no ppc ads. It could completely revolutionize search industry. The merchants that get in, pay a relatively minor verification fee and maybe a monthly fee to appear in all the serps, so it could have no ppc ads and become a cool alternative to the ppc giants like google/bing/yahoo. This is interesting, If u hear any other news please keep us posted.. Are there any large auction style sites similar to paypal that accept bitcoin? I remember one a while back but not sure it ever took off. I listed some things there, but there wasnt much activity at the time.
