If another company comes along like paypal and accepted bitcoin, it could eventually take over and kick paypal out, I am currently not a fan of paypal at all because of the amount of scams they allow... If you are buying BTC via paypal, you are completely safe. Just don't rip off the other trader by chargebacking them ;D

Just don't rip off the other trader by chargebacking them ;D Unfortunately not. In fact I would strongly advise the OP to NOT tell PayPal. That sale was a violation of PayPal's terms of service. They have every right to freeze your account and hold the €27,00 until the matter is resolved. Which is another reason why 10,00 times a day we say "Don't mix PayPal and Bitcoin."
