i have 20$ paypal and i need to exchange it for BTC

i will exchange only with trusted members and my paypal is verified

It should be the other way around. Trusted member member with payapl buy the btc you're selling. You're requesting to deal with trusted member only, but why would anyone trusted deal with you?

i will send the money as gift and i will go first with the trusted members

But even gift can later be claimed back e.x tell paypal your acc got hacked etc...
