Title: Something of notice
Post by: spazzdla on July 16, 2014, 07:49:30 PM
Dec/Jan/Feb

Price rise at night, fall during the day.

Currently,
Price fall at night, rise during the day.

China's influence is vastly deminished..?

Many of the top end ASIC are produced in China, so they still have a great deal of influence.

Probably China related, yes.
And don't forget MtGox in Japan, the change coincides with their shutting down.

May I ask what is a day in your opinion? :)

Because Bitcoin is all over the world and for someone day can be not in a same time when someone else enjoy the night time ATM.

:)

But well ... perhaps indeed like it was mentioned before many depends on USA markets and China markets.
Not only.

I saw a rally starting during "night" and "day"   :)

If he said in the past chinese's influence was greater and at that time the rises happened during the night, I think chinese's nights are their day.

And yes, bitcoin has these patterns, but its random how long they will last, and what will be the next pattern.

Although there was significant amount of trading from the east, I'd venture to say that's not the only factor. Price dynamics are rarely only predicated on time factors from one segment. Chinese markets are definitely one key to it though. But I also think action driven during "down" times are also another significant factor.
