I am posting this to warn everyone not to trade with bittick/cryptokopen.eu. I am aware that bittick is a respected and long-standing member of this community, but this situation is totally uncalled for. Short synopsis: At 6/6 I ordered 125 euro in Cinni from the cryptokopen.eu website. Because I didn't receive anything after a week or so, I send an e-mail to the cryptokopen.eu website and a private message to bittick. Finally, at 16/6 I got a reply from the cryptokopen.eu website that something went wrong with their skrill account and that they were trying to fix things. After that message there have been no e-mails/updates. I didn't receive an answer to my inquiries through e-mail nor through PM. Surely one could give the costumers an answer if there is any intention of fixing this issue. Several times I gave bittick / cryptokopen an opportunity to answer/send the money/refund my money. It looks like Bittick/cryptokopen has no intention of dealing with this matter like any honest man would do. Since Bittick is trying to sell the cryptokopen website I would not recommend anyone using their service any more. |
