alright folks,

i need advice on a little bit of everything. all i have is NAVcoin and i just dont know what else to do. i have very little money to work with, but im looking to "earn" whatever i make. im a little scrambled with what people say. also, on a side note, how do i rank up???? i've been a newbie for a month now. any and all comments are welcome...except negative ones...no one wants to hear that...

Activity increases every two active weeks by 14. Notice the active, you must post at least once every two weeks. Once you reach 70 activity, you are a member. By then, you can already join signature campaigns and earn bitcoins. Try to learn somethings on the time to become a member.

Never heard of Navcoin but one needs to start somewhere

If you have some skills you can try to earn some money in services or your first bitcoin pieces from a faucet before joining a sig campaign.

Post some useful articles often. That will rank you up.
You may not have money to work with, but you have YOUTH. Work your ass off. Reward yourself with minimum wage. Appreciate little money you just earn. Then you will know how wasting of time it is to have shitcoin like navcoin.

NAVcoin was formerly known as SUM2 and i know that it isnt worth much, but like i said, i didnt have much to work with as it was free to me. however, i will not curse the name of NAV because i was able to sell half for my initial price when it hit that spike.

The best way to earn bitcoin is to sell your goods and services, and to join a sig ad campaign IMO.

This isn't quite right, activity increases by a maximum of 14 every two weeks.  Your activity is equal to the smaller of these two options:
a) the number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration times 14
b) number of posts

theres the same as us with bigger debts. i suggest to keep posting so you can earn btc from signatures.

or sell something that you dont need anymore?

i dont understand what i would sell and i cant get a signature till i rank up. am i supposed to sell my coins? because it would just defeat the purpose of growing if i sell them for less than what i paid

what do i have to do though to get that as my signature for the time being?

My recommendation for you is to keep browsing the forum and posting and looking for work. Once you become a member (60 activity) you can join some signature campaign (like mine) and earn decent BTC through posting. But other than that, enjoy the bitcoin ecosystem. :)

i've been getting the hang of writing in forums and stuff so thats good, but what do you mean look for work?

What kind of skills do you have? I guess the obvious one would be programming, everyone needs a PHP programmer nowadays. But some people needed help transcribing podcasts, maybe look into that.

Also watch out on alt coin, most of them are considered pump and dump coins.

now, is it 30 activity to become a junior member? and are campaigns for junior members or mostly for members and up

AFAIK, there is only one or two campaigns for Jr.member. All of the others are closed. I would recommend you to wait a little longer and become a member. Joining a reputable campaign is much more reliable. In two months or less, you will be a member already.

there's few campaign who accept jr.member as participants, but they paid lower (much lower) than member one
but it's better than nothing, i remembered XBTew campaign who accept jr.member and pay them 0.0005 BTC / post, just in one day that campaign full, and 60% of participants are jr.member :P

XBTec's campaign is currently closed. I think there's some people who are not paid yet, last time I checked. It is really unsustainable for a campaign to pay 0.0005 per post for a Jr.member. Their signature isn't as fanciful as those who are member and above. They probably realised it isn't going to generate much traffic since Jr.member is less likely to post constructively.

0.0005 BTC / post for jr.member is a lot, and i saw many jr.members just do spam post to increase their post
but again, that rate is the biggest and best for jr.member

Would it be that bad of an idea even if i only do it for a month till i become a member? With what little i do make, i feel that i can just put it back into the system and buy a little with it

It isn't bad, however if the signature campaign's operator decided to run, all your time and BTC will be gone. If you don't join one of those, you can surf the forums and look around and understand more about technical parts of bitcoin. When you are ready, you can join and contribute ideas better to the community.

I didn't notice explanation what you wanted to say with ''i need an adult'' ? About advice you got answers allready, join signature campaign or go work for minimal wage and you will be able to buy some BTC and hold it for 1 year and you will make some profits. If you are not enough of age, than forget the job and offer your services maybe in services section (Marketplace/services).

My own guess is he wants to say that he need a mentor (rather than adult). Or maybe he wants some "adult websites" lol?  ;D
