General introduction
Coin Game is a comprehensive platform of virtual currency including games+exchange(currency, stocks, products)+online chatting. The target of platform is to construct an opening ecological system of cross circulation of entertainment and transactions worldwide, which provides virtual currency with trading platform, provides developers of the games with game port and provides fans of virtual currency with leisure and entertainment.

Therefore, we decide to promote the third version which is able to construct an opening ecological system including many kinds of languages, enormous users group, many games requirement as well as permission to the third party to access to the game trading community.
The development of the third version is expected to require 3 months and more programmers, therefore, we decide to sell 100 thousand of shares on the platform. All the funds for selling those shares are used to develop the third version.

Coin Game Shares
The platform has totally 500 thousand of shares in which 100 thousand are the strategic shares preserved on the platform and 400 thousand are presented to players according to the entertainment rules gradually. 50% of platform revenue will be presented to all players who are holding the shares free of charge.
At present, the platform has presented 170 thousand of shares, there will be 100 thousand of strategic currency will be on sale this time and once these strategic currency have been sold out, they will share 50% of platform revenue equally as the presented 170 thousand of shares. At the same time, players who buy the strategic shares will be presented additionally 10% of revenue from all projects in game development company(not Coin Game)(see introduction of the third version for details.)

Strategic currency sales plan
The sales price of the strategic shares is 0.002BTC each and totally 100 thousand shares which will obtain 200BTC, the shares could be traded freely after sales.
Note: the payment of the strategic shares belongs to game development company, all of the payment will be used in development of third version and relevant games.
The currency will be on the market on 20th July, 2014 and will be ended by 1st September, 2014, the rest will be taken back whether the currency have been sold up or not.

Relationship between game company and Coin Game
The ownership of Coin Game does not belong to the game company, Coin Game is in business partnership with game company, the company provides games for Coin Game free of charge and Coin Game will present dividends to development company.

The revenue of platform comes from 0.5% of fee from the winner and 0.1% of fee in each transaction on platform. The disadvantages of the version at present include insufficient game kinds, not support the access of the third party developer, humble in transaction platform, the community fails to conduct seamless access to the entertainment transaction.


Currency loading system
The third version will design reasonable currency loading and unloading system which involves the concept of currency community to make loading of currency fair and transparent and continuously unearth good currency.
Games
large amount of elaborated games and support the access of the third party: 70% of revenue from games developed by the third party development team belongs to the revenue of Coin Game platform and 30% belongs to the developer. At the same time the platform will open API, the third party client is able to call to play games and there will be more and more games on the platform.

Transaction of virtual currency: the third version will continue to adopt the transaction method in bitcoin, however, it will redesign the interface of trading platform, improving the functions of the trading platform (such as automatically post and withdraw)to make the transaction more convenient,efficient and easier.
