What is Shawarma? That is the usual way to prepare it?

Shawarma is a Levantine Arab or Arab meat preparation, where lamb, chicken, turkey, beef, veal, or mixed meats are placed on a spit, and maybe grilled for as long as a day. I think these guys trying to repair their fan with the help of Shawarma :P . they  want some cool air in hot summers :P

Is known as Gyros, Kebab, Doner-Kebab...

lets hope this guy didn't slip and ended on the spit himself...

I sure hope not. I usually get a shawarma plate once every week or two. Pretty sure they don't do nothing like that. :D

Dude, I love Shawarma. I get a Chicken Shawarma plate from a local place around the corner every few days. Don't you ruin this for me now! ;D

Woah, so this is a collection of every meat imaginable? Ewww... If eating meat wasn't ewww enough to begin with, but geez... If they use minced meat it's usually even a lower grade than usually - Which is quite astonishing!

I love a good Shawarma, or at least I used to before I saw the pic. LOL!

Most of the places that I go to around where I live refer to them as Donair's. Have to be careful where to go though. My gf used to work on food trucks making them and I've heard some really nasty stuff as to what goes in them. Most places just use frozen premade meat . Take it out of the freezer and it goes up on the spit.

There is place downtown that prepares all their meat by hand. You can definitely taste the difference.

Really hope they don't stand on it, then again, their spits are considerably smaller.



I'm more concerned about how dirty those fan blades are. Pretty sure I'm gonna ask for the meat closer to the bottom from now on though.

I eat it at least twice a month!

In Dubai we have pretty good food safety regulations , so I don't need to worry :P

I don't want to eat something that only a freaking super hero can eat! Imagine what that stuff may do to the regular person! Also, that place looks pretty busted, what happened? Did they trash that place?

The man on the top is one of the ingredients.
The fan is used to slice him I suppose..
