I.e. if we have a lot of MtGox USD, and demand is low and/or withdrawals from MtGox are slow, then exchanging from MtGox to other things will carry a high fee. The opposite will be true, etc... We are still seeing good volume with the above mentioned rates. Our system does adjust depending on volume per direction, balances, etc. Today we will announce a new offer for people looking to buy MtGox with cash that we hope will help us move more MtGox, at which time rates will go down.
