He usually has his stuff in a data-center. So "like new" would be more appropriate. You can be assured that all S2 units function at 100% of expected hash rate and all work and are working now. All "chips down" issues have been resolved with the capacitor fix. We will ship the units so that the boards are packaged up carefully so that UPS cannot destroy them before they get to you.
