And paying with "invoice" means it's a goods/services type payment, which is begging to be charged back. Your account is not worth $800, you'll be happy to do a charge back and the conditions makes it easy for that.

Why do people keep playing dumb like they don't know that paypal isn't final? You can just chargeback and you will NOT have any implications because of that. Once they realized they've been scammed, they charged back. or a hacked paypal account was used. Why would you even deal with a newbie in the first place?
