It's standard in tennis betting that the match becomes official after the completion of 1 set. 

As much as cloudbet sucks, you lost your bet :-X

I had a player WINNING AND  they retired before the second set ended :( with a lead I was heart broken

Simon retired after the first set, making Andujar-Alba the winner. Unless cloudbet refunded bets on Andujar-Alba, I don't see the problem here. Next time you should check the rules before placing a bet.

U have trouble same with me?? Stop betting with bitcoin.. Betting with real money fair.. I bet on real renfunded and at cloudbet lose..
