Title: binary sec Post by: binarysecurity on August 05, 2010, 08:15:34 AM Hi all,
I've just started a new bitcoin venture - http://binarysecurity.webs.com/ Bottom line: I will do a basic web application penetration test on your site in return for bitcoins. More information in the link. Title: Re: binary sec Post by: FreeMoney on August 05, 2010, 08:31:38 AM Imaginary money? So we can pretend to give you bitcoins?
I'm actually trying to learn some web programming now. I was thinking if I build anything to do with coins (you know cause it's real money) I'd need someone to hack me until it got secure. That'll be a ways down the road. I'll keep you in mind. Title: Re: binary sec Post by: Anonymous on August 05, 2010, 09:37:44 AM Are you Steve Gibson?lol
Title: Re: binary sec Post by: omegadraconis on August 06, 2010, 01:11:21 AM I think this is a wonderful idea, I will make use of this if I ever make a bitcoins app or once I get around to finishing my Sqlite-php blogging software.
He would only be Steve Gibson if he did pen-testing in asm ;) Title: Re: binary sec Post by: binarysecurity on August 08, 2010, 07:14:05 AM I wish I was Steve Gibson :P though I do hide my wallet.dat in the garbage file...
Also I can do general security advice / technical help too if anyone wants that. Title: Re: binary sec Post by: Anonymous on August 08, 2010, 11:57:19 AM I wonder if spin-rite has saved any wallet files from broken hard drives yet?lol
