So it's the company that owns gox assets that has halted the sale and not Mark? How did they even get a hold of the domain since it was the property of Mark and not gox?

Wait what?

So the domain sale is not going through was not expecting that change at all.

CoinDesk reached out to Heritage Auctions regarding the court order, but has not received an immediate response. The auction appears to be on-schedule for its original launch date according to the Heritage auction page for the Bitcoins.com sale.

Ugh well I guess this will still go on for a bit till they get the memo but I wonder what the online bidders are thinking now and if he owns the flat  they would go for it as well so your right that rent must be high :)

IMO The sale of products of MTGox shouldn't be done by them since they already proved themselves to be untrustworthy or at least do not care about there company. However with this I think it would slow the Liquidation process even further.
