1.) The lifetime of your graphics card gets reduced
2.) overheating.
3.) Your computer has to stay on 24/7 if you want maximum profitability.

If you're fine with the 1.) just make sure your system is properly cooled and you're good. Also mine x11/x13/x15 algo coins so you don't burn as much power and don't generate as much heat.

If you start mining coins on day 1 then its good! If you mine on day 2 you are late with that build!

If you plan on plugging a bunch of ASIC miners into this then its fine for a starter but as far as mining with the card is its too old and doesnt perform very well the cpu is right because a good cpu isnt really needed. Sounds like your very new at this and i would do a ton of more research into this crypto mining before ya start asking questions. GPU mining isnt profitable anymore unless on special algo's that are ASIC resistant.
