If you are looking to outsource some of your business Bulgaria is the right place. Most of the young educated people are speaking very good English plus one more language. The rates per hour are very low, but you get a great service. We have very good infrastructure. If you are looking to outsource I can find you the right companies which are looking for new clients. I will PM you for this, but want to let the community know. Rates depends on the experience of course. Depends also if the project is paid per hour or if it is fixed price. For exapmle a junior developer can cost around 500-1000$ per month and Senior Developer can cost 3000-4000$ per month. Please let me know the details and I can provide you more information.
