With great pleasure, we would like to announce the Fastest, Most Reliable and Cheapest Scrypt ASICs in the industry

About MoonAsics

MoonAsics are the latest ASIC Scrypt miners in the market. After a year of hard-work, endless testing and fine-tuning, we are finally ready to hit the market, and present you with the finest Scrypt Miners ever produced. At first, this project wasn't intended for public use and was driven by few private investors and experienced electronic engineers. Considering the current demand for Scrypt ASIC miners, we decided to take this project to the next level and started our very own business, selling these miners to people interested in mining Scrypt-based cryptocurrencies.

Here's a Preview of a 240/MHs ASIC Scrypt Miner (Moon Explorer)

About our Products

One board to rule them all! What does that mean?

We designed one main board, achieving an hashing speed of around 240 MH/s (more or less 5%), with a measured power consumption of 152W on full load. This is the core of every product we offer.

There are 4 products available in our store:

More about our products

The same case is used for all fours products. This strategy allows us to limit the production cost and provide you an honest price for each of these products.
The lack of concurrency in ASICs market is cruel, and many products are over-priced. We hope to bring change and create a new dynamic in this market by breaking the prices down from insane to acceptable.

Lol thread is being reworked.  What a lame excuse.  As if he couldn't edit the OP.  Looks like the jig was up and he dumped the old thread because people starting digging too deep, started calling it a scam.  No prototype, no chips, no information on fab or foundry, no cases, or psus and he says thy will ship in August.  more like shut down and run by August.

Let me give you a quick and precise answer, we started a new thread because it was clearer than editing the old one, therefore limiting misleading information. Everything that was asked on the old thread has an answer here.

You can't lead anything if you don't know what you're talking about (because let's say it, you clearly have nothing else than supposition to thicker your argumentation). No offense, but posting such accusations for free doesn't make you a smart person.

Please explain how dmaxl was able to add support for your highly efficient chips without having them available for testing, configuring, compiling, etc

https://github.com/dmaxl/cgminer/

This fork has support only for gridseed and zeusminer chips. It doesn't even have support for a2 terminators.

Simply because we don't rely on anyone else than us to add support for our chips. Sorry, we thought that was obvious, there's no point in giving this work to someone who is not involved into the creation of the unit.

Yes I do mean 4.3.5 Thank you.

Everyone, please note the timestamp of this post. July 29th 09:09:57 AM UTC

Ideally we should use July 14th as the timestamp, because that is the earliest date shown that this miner is working. However, we must assume that a reasonable person/company might not anticipate the demand for proof of source.

Therefore, I claim:

MoonAsics, there is no reason for you to post again in this forum until you post your software's source. Since you have agreed to do it, we can assume you have no problem with doing it. Therefore, every day you don't have source available and open, gives you more opportunity to code up some meaningless bullshit and pass it off as real, and it becomes more and more likely that this is a scam.

UPDATING THIS POST WITH INFORMATION REGARDING POSTING LEGITIMATE SOURCE:

IT HAS BEEN A OVER 48 HOURS

Even that could be faked easily. The only way they get the scam accusations out of the way is by providing multiple long time trusted scrypt devs (min 3) on this forum access to prototypes and let them decide if this is real or not.

Until that is done this is a scam, sorry MoonAsics.

There's currently a huge SALE at monster-asic.com. they are selling G-Blades for 0.5 BTC per unit. And with the coupon code from reddit (D20P5EIK) you even get a 20% discount...

so why Moon-Asics when there is Monster-Asics?

IT HAS BEEN OVER 24 HOURS AND A LEGITIMATE SOURCE HAS NOT YET BEEN POSTED.

This is enough time for a reasonable person or company, in your situation, to satisfy this request.

We therefore must only assume that you are busy coding up some fake bullshit instead of alleviating the concerns of your potential customers. At this point there is absolutely nothing you can say in your defense, for one simple reason:

POSTING A LEGITIMATE SOURCE IS IN YOUR BENEFIT

*shaking head*

Obvious scam from the very beginning.
Everyone with doubts regarding this only insults himself (greedy or stupid or both).

There will be no modified cgminer source.
And even if he makes it to find someone to code some lines which look like it might work for an unknown chip...so what ?!

They even managed to get an ASIC foundry to do a press release.

Ok that is a lie.  All you have posted is a console that can be nothing more than a batch file that simulates a miner.  There are a few of those out there.  What I'd like to see is the physical miner connected by usb to the comp that you are running the miner on.  If you are so near shipping and you are mining on a windows box then you have the prototype on hand to post a video of.

You still have not identified the fab shop that designed the chip nor the foundry that you are building the ASIC units at so that we can confirm that these units will ship in the next few weeks.

Why isn't there any info about your team on the site? Couldn't see names, pictures address anything. If you want people to pay you, you should provide it.
There's no warranty information, and nothing about refunds. Is there any warranty?
The description under each miner is really short ~100 words and lacks important information, you could do better than that.

You believe somebody is just going to pay a new, anonymous company $8k without even seeing the product?

Think he's just saying that what MoonAsics advertised will exist at some point.. Just not from MoonAsics, some other manufacturer...

We are actually pretty close to 900mh machines.. the Vaultbreaker is hitting 750mh... so we aren't far off at all. Now, to get the power efficiency Moonasics claims (which was stupid because it was too good) - that may take some more time.

Hello!

This has to be your lucky day! Your money is safe!

Please allow me to introduce myself first, my name is Moataz Khalifa and I'm the CEO & Founder of AdFountain LLC, AdFountain.com. (Yes, the guy you sent your money to!)

A few weeks ago, we made a deal with MoonAsics that involves marketing their brand/products online through various channels (Forums, Social Media and so on). This is pretty normal so far since we have been working with many startups and projects related in one way or another to cryptos. (We even have a dedicated page for Cryptos: http://www.adfountain.com/crypto/)

Few weeks later, I was approached by this person asking me for a favor. They wanted me to help them accept more payment options and specifically Wire Transfer since 'a lot' of their clients were asking for it. So to help them run their business, I offered them the option to receive their Wire deposits for them for a small fee, then things started looking pretty bad.

I noticed that many people called them out to be scammers, so I started being cautious with the money I received and I had this conversation with them:

https://i.imgur.com/zmRlqsQ.png
https://i.imgur.com/UUsAmPw.png
https://i.imgur.com/IEvEFTd.png
https://i.imgur.com/oGbvNkm.png

So in short, I chose to rather be safe than sorry and I'm very glad I decided on that.

I have received two wire transfers which I'm going to send back, and I can also refund you in BTC if you want. But first you'll need to email me a scanned copy of your bank receipt for this money transfer.

Please be more careful next time, because I most likely won't be on the receiving end. :)

Cheers,
Klazzik

Yea, this sounds extremely suspect... I'm not sure what would be on the bank receipt though.. If it would be enough information to do anything... The man knows who purchased alread, so I'm not sure why he would need a receipt as long as they have the name right.

Very simple, he can use the information, along with other information he might have collected, to call your bank and pretend to be you (steal your identity).

Then he can socially engineer the teller to transfer money out of your bank account.

Or perhaps, tell you there is a "20% fee" to process the refund, and you can pay with bitcoin. Then you pay with bitcoin and he disappears.

Klazzik(Moataz Khalifa) is honest& a decent man and after only a couple of hrs (to prove I wasn't a scammer myself)he sent me 2BTC & promises to send me another 1.56BTC by end of week.
He was also scammed& setup.Fortunately He was suspicious & kept moneys/payments,and seems to be in the process of refunding those scammed.
He is also investigating what He knows&wishes to expose the scammer/s.
Moataz Khalifa name was used initially for what he thought was a legit business&was assisting them in taking payments&advertising because he is a registered business..moonasics were trying to use him to accept cash& coin as they are not a registered business.
Anyway I think im fortunate and wish to Thank all those on this forum for the info &kind words.
