Detects vast majority of VPNs (including obscure ones), proxies, and of course Tor. Low false positive rate. Email me if you're interested in licensing this API. That way TF doesn't have to forward it on and we save tx fees, because of course thats what he was going to do with the money and totally wasnt going to keep it.
