I will pay BTC for information, like the name and home address of scammers, like the creator of ELITECOIN among other scam coins. I suggest that that if you wish to uncover these scammers you pay into the fund:

Now, I know that this might meet some resistance as there are a lot of scammers here. I therefore, am willing to put up 5 BTC personally for the name and address of any scammer.
