That's questionable since there are far too many unknown and impossible to measure variables. But I do know this much: For years now I have consistently under-estimated the strength of Bitcoin and it's ability to blast right through anything that attempts to stop it. No matter how much crap is tossed at Bitcoin it just keeps laughing and laughing, while charging ahead. Nothing is apt to be able to stop Bitcoin. Nothing.
