In some cases, lowering the memory clock speed causes a direct increase in hashing speed, in others it will lower the hashing speed, so a little experimenting on a card by card basis can improve your hashing speed and/or mHash/watt ratio. well i downloaded msi afterburner and i have two 6990s so i can only lower the memclock to 675 and theres no difference in mhash rate. thanks ill play around with it. |
