New MPOS interface come with this "feature", which is not good at all. Coin address stops users from pre-reg. procedure.
There is special patch, for this "feature" removal :)

So has anyone actually fired up the wallet and looked at it? The help/about dialog maybe.

They say it's based on darkcoin. But I looked at some darkcoin code yesterday and this doesn't look similar. Not to mention some of the wallet stuff is filled with references to BottleCaps. And then there's this line "2009-2012 The Bitcoin developers, 2012-2013 The Ekita & PPCoin developers"

try to re-sync the block ,  you can delete blkindex.dat and blk0001.dat files , make sure DO NOT delete wallet.dat , or you can backup  wallet.dat .

This happens a lot. there aren't enough mature coins for staking. Within 24 hours the chain will start moving properly again I can assure you. If you have doubts on this you can see fusecoin. One of the latest short mining coins that had a similar thing happen.

The problem occurs the moment that I put the wallet.dat in the mix.

This one is crashing all the time...restarted it a few times... :/

Also, I tried deleting everything except Ekita.conf and wallet.dat in %appdata% - Just keeps crashing.
After deleting old wallet.dat, it downloads 5000 blocks...but still says out of sync.
As soon as I replace it with old wallet.dat - client crashes immediately after loading...

 :D Ekita is hot in cex :o,hope it would add in Bittrex soon.

I've tried to update to v1.8 but the deamon is shutting down on its own after block 5001 without writing anything to debug.log file. It seems that v1.8 is not stable.
Dev, can you suggest what should be done? Go back to v1.3?

Guys ive contacted dev, he said hes banned he should hopefully be on with a new account and thread and im going to request bitsta to fix the wallet. For a coin with 2 mill in total we should hit bittrex no time!

Suggest dev can best use a grade higher account information.It is easier to win the trust of others. :)

So, we were on wallet v2.0, then went back to v1.5, now the ANN contains links to both v1.7 and v1.8, but supposedly v2.0 reboot is on the way.  I just wanna dump these shitcoins and move on with my life, why must you make it so difficult?
