Title: Buying BTC with an invoice
Post by: Ninietz on July 29, 2014, 08:50:32 PM
Hi,
I was wondering where I could buy BTC on a regular bases in Euro but with an Invoice.
Maybe Bitstamp and BTC-e ? and where else ?
Are there any traders that do so ?
Thx for your swift replies.
Rgds

For traders maybe the currency exchange surforum?

I never used it, so not sure if you can buy with invoices or anything.

There are others exchanges that accept Euro, just go to bitcoinwisdom to catch the names and do your own research

Impossible, and none of the companies can give you an invoice now

Can you describe what is the overall goal of it? Maybe your issue could be addressed by another approach

Hi, i can sell you with invoice from my company to your company.
Where is located your company? If you are in Europe, not in Spain as mine, your company must be registered in VIES (http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/?locale=es) if you are not registered we must add VAT in the invoice.
Awaiting your reply.

best regards.

From what it sounds like, you want to pay with bitcoin on Credit, meaning you get the bitcoin then pay within say 30 days. This would be terribly risky for the seller as if you were to no pay then they could not take your bitcoin back. Even if escrow was used you could simply not pay if the price went against you, and you would pay if the price went up.

Hi, the issue is to have prove of purchase of the BTCs.
So you can use the invoice for bookkeeping reasons.

For example in an exchange don't they need the invoice to establish a purchase price of the BTC ?

I'll take all the advice i can get.

Thanks for this thought,
It was for the reason described above, but now I have a new angle, thx

Fioraver, why is it for you that non of the companies can give an Invoice ?
I do not see why that is not possible ? Why it is an issue ?

You are welcome. I would find it very much unlikely that it will not be able to pay for bitcoin via invoice unless you are able to get a legally binding contract signed prior to sending the bitcoin and are able to document sufficient income and assets that can repay the funds borrowed.

Looks like the OP's reasons were different, but an invoice could help satisfy the tax department about how much money you made through bitcoin trading.
